i was immediately whisked to reception for check-in. the duty manager handled my check-in promptly and explained details clearly. he offered an umbrella as it was raining when i arrived.
my room was just the same small room as a regular guest. the hotel probably thought they could still sell the bigger room even if we checked in late.

the gym facilities seemed modern and well-equipped. the mediterranean restaurant provided a decent dining option. i tried it and liked it.
the shower design had a flaw, which caused water to leak. hallways had an unpleasant smell, possibly from cleaning products, , made it less enjoyable.

I found the outdoor pool and rooftop space is beautiful and maintained well. The indoor pool also shines, really. I saw the gym and it has good equipment. The hotel has a nice bar and a cafe, providing all anyone expect.
The soap get replaced every day, I think it is not really necessary. The hotel should save on this detail.

The front desk staff are nice. The staff is helpful. Ellie and the Concierge makes my return special, really special. I found they are friendly and efficient.

The hotel location works for me. I saw it is near many restaurants and coffee shops. A Starbucks opens early, great. It is near buses and an underground line.
